What We Do
Plastic Repurposed is dedicated to turning waste into a valuable resource. We work hand-in-hand with the local council and recyclables collectors to collect LDPE & PP waste plastics, wash them if required, dry them, and then use plastic pyrolysis to transform them into useful recycled oil products. LDPE & PP Collection
Low Density Polyethylene and Polypropylene which make up the majority of plastic bags and straws are collected from various sources.
Washing
If needed, we will wash the collected plastics with soap and water (or brush, if necessary).
Drying
The plastics have to be free of moisture before we put them in the pyrolysis machine and this is achieved by air-blowing the washed plastics.
Plastic Pyrolysis
Plastic bags and straws which are seperated at source and clean will be turned into fuel oil by pyrolysis machine.
